Some premium movies will use more then one minute per minute viewed. This will be clearly marked below the play movie buttons.
- How Do Movie Downloads Work? Movie downloads allow you to rent a movie for either seven days or thirty days, for the price pecified on the movie detail page. After making your transaction to purchase the download you can save the movie to your computer in any location you want. The downloaded movie will open in Windows Media Player and request your user name and password. Downloads are only guaranteed to work in Windows Media Player. If you need to download your movie again for any reason, you may do so during the period of your rental by going to the “Download History” page in Your Account Center.
- The site says “Try Us Free”. Why do I need to give credit card information? Our site requires age verification. This is most easily executed by credit card. - I just purchased minutes and have not received my Username and Password. Your Username and Password will be sent to the email address you used when you signed up. If you have not received your Username and Password, please contact customer support through the link at the bottom of this page.
- What is my username and password for the Windows Media Player? If you are no longer logged in the Windows Media player may ask you for your username and password to play a movie. Your username and password are the same as your main username and password.You will also be asked to enter your user name and password when you watch your first movie. This is to verify your purchase. You will only be asked for this item again if you delete your cookies.
- How do I change my password? To change your password, log on to your account and click Preferences. Under “Change Your Password” enter your current password and the new password you wish to use. Then click “Change Password”.
- I have a Movie Card, how do I use it? On the reverse side of your Movie Card you will see a small gray area that contains your pass key. Please scratch this off. Once your pass key is revealed please go to the “Movie Card” area of the site and enter your username, password and email. You will then be asked to enter your movie card number. Once that is completed your account will be created and you will be good to go.
- I purchased a download and now I can’t find the movie I purchased. Due to variations in browser settings you can be directed to different pages after your purchase. You can find any movie you have downloaded in the “Download History” section of the Account Center on the left hand side of your screen. Just click your most recent purchase and you will be directed to a download page. Be sure to right click the link and save to the desired destination on your computer. Once the movie completes its download, you will need to enter your user name and password to view the film.
